Welcome to TENDTRIX. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

TENDTRIX is a digital platform that connects homeowners with verified architects, contractors, and service professionals. We provide tools to post projects, compare quotes, track milestones, and purchase fixed-price audit services.

We are not a contractor, architect, or service provider, and we do not directly carry out renovation or construction work.

2. Role of the Platform

  • We act only as a connector between homeowners and professionals.
  • We verify documents (e.g. BOA, BCA, BizSAFE) but do not guarantee the quality of work or professional conduct.
  • We do not hold or manage funds. Payments are made directly between homeowners and professionals.
  • We provide optional fixed-price audit services, which are advisory in nature.

3. User Responsibilities

Homeowners must:

  • Provide accurate details when posting projects.
  • Respect the NDA agreement when sharing files or drawings.
  • Review and choose professionals at their own discretion.
  • Pay professionals directly via approved payment channels (e.g. Stripe, PayNow).

Professionals must:

  • Provide true and valid company and licence details.
  • Upload BOA/BCA/BizSAFE documents for verification.
  • Submit accurate quotes and honour agreed timelines.
  • Deliver services in compliance with Singapore laws and safety standards.

4. Quotes & Projects

  • Homeowners may invite 3–6 professionals to submit quotes.
  • Quotes must be uploaded in the approved format (PDF/Excel with a price summary).
  • Comparison tools are for informational purposes only. Final decisions rest with homeowners.
  • Any changes (variations) should be recorded in the Change Log within the platform.

5. Payments

  • The platform does not act as an escrow or payment holder.
  • Payments are made directly between homeowners and professionals using the provided payment links.
  • We are not responsible for payment disputes, delays, or non-payment.

6. Audit Services

  • Fixed-price audits (e.g. Tender Red-Flag Report, VO Audit, Owner Protection Pack) are advisory services only.
  • Audit reports highlight risks but do not guarantee project outcomes.
  • Homeowners remain responsible for their final decisions.

7. Trust & Safety

  • We verify professional documents but cannot guarantee performance or outcomes.
  • Users are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence.
  • Any misuse of the platform (fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity) may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any work performed by professionals.
  • We are not liable for disputes, damages, losses, or delays arising from homeowner–professional agreements.
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Singapore law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, software) is the property of TENDTRIX.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Provide false information,
  • Violate these Terms, or
  • Misuse the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
